  1. Prepare the béchamel sauce first. Melt butter, add flour and stir well, then pour in warm milk and bring to a boil. Now it's the turn of the nutmeg and salt, boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, and remove from heat.
  2. Dice onions, carrots and zucchini and sauté for 10 minutes in olive oil. Add spices to taste.
  3. Grate the cheese, cut the bacon into cubes.
  4. Grease a baking dish with oil, add a little sauce and lay out some of the vegetables.
  5. Cover with lasagna leaves in one layer.
  6. Brush with sauce, then lay out some more vegetables and some bacon, sprinkle with cheese and again a layer of lasagna. Repeat the layers, there should be 4-5 of them. Pour the rest of the sauce on top and send to the oven for 40 minutes to bake at 180 degrees.
