  1. Finely chop the chicken and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry, together with onions. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Lavash leaf cut into 2 parts. We put chicken, mushrooms, cheese on one pita bread, if you wish, you can also add sauces - dill, cheese or garlic and wrap the pita bread in a roll.
  3. Place the wrapped rolls in a baking dish, grease with mayonnaise or an egg on top and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the top crust is browned, for about 20-25 minutes. You can eat these rolls with a bowl of soup or as an independent dish.
