A simple and tasty dish with a minimum of ingredients - thin pita bread with egg filling. Due to the water that is added during cooking, such a "sandwich" made of pita bread with a filling becomes slightly viscous and has an elastic texture. A quick, uncomplicated and very fun recipe - worth a try!

  2. We cut the lavash to the diameter of the bottom of the pan using a knife or kitchen scissors. You should get 4 identical circles.
  3. Break the egg into a small bowl and shake lightly with a whisk or fork.
  4. Pour about 200 ml of water into a separate deep plate and add salt. We mix.
  5. In a frying pan, melt half of the butter (about 10 g).
  6. We connect two of the four circles of pita bread together and put in a bowl of salted water for a couple of seconds - this will help the pita sheets stick well.
  7. Put the pita bread in a skillet with heated butter and fry over medium heat for about 30 seconds.
  8. Then turn over the pita bread and pour about 1 tbsp on top of it. spoon of salted water and gently distribute with a spoon or a cooking brush.
  9. Pour half of the egg mixture onto the pita bread and also gently distribute using a culinary brush or spoon.
  10. Fry for about 30 more seconds and turn over again. Pour about 1 tbsp on the pita bread again. a spoonful of salted water.
  11. Turn the pita bread over and fry for about another 30 seconds.
  12. Gently fold the pita bread in half and transfer to a plate.
  13. Fry the remaining stuffed pita bread in the same way.
