Layered salad with chicken, mushrooms and potatoes is very hearty and tasty, all the ingredients go well together. Preparing this salad does not require much effort. A great option for both ordinary and holidays.

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Mushrooms are best taken fresh or frozen. Chicken fillet can be used both from the breast and from the thigh. Boil the potatoes in their skins, add salt to the water, let cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Mushrooms cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil, salt and cool at the end of frying. Boil the chicken fillet until tender in salted water, cool and cut into small cubes. Boil the eggs, cool and grate on a coarse grater. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
  2. Having prepared all the ingredients, we form a salad. To do this, we take a flat dish and lay out boiled potatoes with the first layer, on which we apply a mayonnaise mesh.
  3. Put the fried mushrooms in the second layer, do not apply mayonnaise on the mushroom layer.
  4. Put the boiled chicken fillet in the third layer and apply a mayonnaise net on top.
  5. On the chicken layer we lay out the chicken eggs, grated on a coarse grater, this layer must be salted and greased with mayonnaise. The last layer is cheese - sprinkle the salad on top and sides with grated cheese on a fine grater, decorate as desired (I decorated with a sprig of parsley) and send it to the refrigerator to soak for half an hour.
