Today baked goods for tea. The "lazy" sweet yeast dough pie my family loves! The dough is very simple, kneaded with a spoon. It will be delicious and without unnecessary problems!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift the flour, make a depression in the flour, pour in the milk. Add a spoonful of sugar and crumbled yeast.
  2. I had pressed yeast from the freezer, so I let it stand in warm milk for a while (quick brew). If you are using fresh or dry yeast, you can skip this step.
  3. Add the remaining sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream and knead the dough well with a spoon.
  4. The dough turns out to be liquid, it should be so. We cover in a cup with foil and let the dough rise, in a warm kitchen - this is about 40 minutes.
  5. Grease the baking dish with butter (mold diameter - 25 cm). Divide the dough into two parts. Put half the dough in a mold and distribute (for convenience, moisten your hands with water).
  6. We spread the boiled condensed milk in large pieces on the dough.
  7. Cover with the second half of the dough. We give it another 15 minutes distance (under the film).
  8. Before baking, grease the pie on top with yolk mixed with milk.
  9. We bake a pastry cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  10. A very soft, slightly moist cake with a lot of condensed milk - just a miracle! You can't imagine a better tea!
