  1. Grind the garlic, mix with salt, pepper, ginger, lemon juice and tomato paste.
  2. Lubricate the chicken with the prepared mixture. Cover the bowl with the chicken with cling film or a lid and marinate in the refrigerator overnight (or overnight).
  3. Place the chicken in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake until tender (about another 30 minutes)
  5. Before serving, cut the chicken into portions. Any garnish is suitable, if desired.
