  2. Combine sweetener, almond flour, coconut flour, poppy seed, lemon zest, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl using a mixer for about 2 minutes. Add butter, sour cream and vanilla extract. Whisk.
  4. Add sweetener. Stir.
  5. Slowly stir in the cream until the dough is thick and smooth.
  6. Pour the dough into molds and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
