Lemon salad is another recipe for vegetable salad lovers. You can add whatever vegetables you want - the main thing is to make the right lemon salad dressing.

  1. Cooking lemon dressing. In a bowl, mix olive oil, zest of one lemon, juice of half a lemon and squeezed garlic. Mix well and leave.
  2. Put washed and chopped lettuce leaves on the bottom of the salad bowl, put the washed cucumber cut into small cubes on them.
  3. We also add chopped peppers in thin strips to the salad bowl.
  4. We do the same with green onions and tomatoes - chop (finely onion, tomatoes into small slices) and put in a salad.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
  7. Put sesame seeds and olives in a salad bowl, mix with our lemon dressing, sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top - and the salad is ready!
