  2. Place shrimp in a baking sheet and add butter (25 ml), thyme and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until shrimp turns pink, 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer shrimp to a large bowl (remove thyme and garlic). Add lemon juice and stir. Add cucumber, tomatoes and basil. Spread out the salad. Serve drizzled with oil and garnish with basil if desired.
