  1. Prepare the required ingredients. Wash vegetables, herbs and leaves well. Take 2 bags and nest one into one for safety. Place currant and cherry leaves at the bottom of the bag.
  2. Cut the zucchini into cubes and put in a bag.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into quarters or smaller, depending on the size, and add to the bag. Again, you shouldn't take bitter cucumbers.
  4. Then we cut the juicy tomatoes and send them to the bag too. Chop the dill and garlic and send them to the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. For 1 kg of vegetables - 1 teaspoon of salt. Pepper to taste.
  5. Tie the bag and shake the vegetables gently to distribute the salt and pepper and mix everything together. Place the bag on a plate and refrigerate for 10 hours. It will be good if you shake the bag of vegetables 2-3 more times during this time. If you are completely unbearable, you can take a sample after 5-6 hours. :) Bon Appetit!
