  1. Grind flaxseeds in a coffee grinder, fill them with warm water and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. In a deep bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca starch, sweetener and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the soy milk and flaxseeds with a blender.
  4. Pour the resulting liquid into a bowl of flour. Stir until smooth.
  5. Fry the pancakes over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides. The dough turns out to be quite thick, so it is better to distribute it over the pan with a ladle.
  6. Low carb pancakes are ready, bon appetit!
