Today we are preparing a meat soufflé. Despite the name of the dish, it is eaten with pleasure by people of all ages, especially those who monitor their diet, avoiding spicy, fried, fatty foods.

  1. Take the ingredients for making the soufflé.
  2. Wash the turkey fillet.
  3. Peel and wash the onion.
  4. Pass the onion and fillet through a meat grinder.
  5. Add the egg.
  6. Pour in milk.
  7. Salt, mix thoroughly and beat with a blender so that the minced meat becomes more tender, homogeneous and viscous.
  8. Boil the carrots, cool, peel and grate. Add to minced meat and stir.
  9. Grease a baking dish with oil. You can sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the minced meat in a mold.
  10. Bake the soufflé in an oven preheated to 185-190 degrees, 35-40 minutes until tender.
  11. Cut the finished soufflé and serve warm with any side dish.
