  1. Beat the eggs into a bowl. Beat the eggs thoroughly with a fork or whisk.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, add milk and beat well again.
  3. Wash and finely chop the herbs.
  4. Heat the pan. Melt the butter. Pour the egg mass into hot oil. Sprinkle with herbs on top. Reduce heat to very low. To cover with a lid. Bake the omelet with milk in a pan until the top layer sticks, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Then turn the omelet and oven covered for about 2 minutes.
  6. An omelet with milk in a pan is ready. Serve with fresh vegetables.
