Mushroom keto pilaf from hemp seeds

This pilaf made from peeled hemp and mushroom seeds is a great side dish for chicken or beef. Hemp seeds are rich in fat, so a 100 g serving of this pilaf contains 28 g of fat, and the amount of net carbs per serving is about 3 g. The recipe is for 4 servings.

  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped almonds and mushrooms to the skillet.
  3. Once the mushrooms are tender, add the hemp seeds. Mix well.
  4. Add chicken stock and seasoning to skillet and stir well. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until broth is absorbed.
  5. Once the pilaf has reached the desired consistency, remove the pan from the heat.
  6. Serve keto pilaf with chicken, beef, or as a side dish.
