This recipe for bread at home, I would call it not quite ordinary because of its composition. The fact is that it contains white wine, and half and half with water. I found the recipe for this interesting bread on the Internet, but, as always, I changed it for myself, since for the most part the picture on culinary sites does not always correspond to expectations.

About the bread itself: in a freshly baked state, it turns out with a thin crispy crust and the most delicate crumb. You can fully feel the aroma of baked goods after it has cooled down: subtle, subtle notes of grapes, as well as olive shades are caught in this bread. By adding oatmeal, bread is not only healthier, but also with a looser crumb.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The recipe for this delicious homemade bread includes products such as wheat flour, oatmeal, boiled water, dry white wine, refined vegetable oil, salt, sugar and yeast.
  2. So, first of all, let's get down to making the dough. To do this, combine warm (no more than 39 degrees) boiled water, white wine, granulated sugar and vegetable oil in a large deep bowl.
  3. Stir everything to dissolve the granulated sugar crystals. Then we chop compressed yeast into liquid (or pour dry yeast). We mix everything.
  4. Sift 200 grams of wheat flour into a bowl and mix everything again.
  5. Dough turns out like sour cream of medium density.
  6. We leave it in a warm place (I usually do this in the microwave, in which I first bring to a boil a half-liter jar with 200 ml of water, and then leave it there and leave it with the dough or yeast dough) for 30-40 minutes. Dough during this time will increase 3-4 times, covered with numerous bubbles. She is fully ready to go when it starts to go down.
  7. Add oatmeal and salt to the dough, mix.
  8. Then we sift the rest of the flour in parts - its amount may differ depending on the moisture content of the product.
  9. Knead a soft but firm dough. If necessary, add flour, but do not try to add a lot of it - it is better to knead the dough longer. Gradually, the flour will absorb liquid, the gluten will swell, and the dough will become smooth and smooth.
  10. We set the dough aside to rest in the warmth under a towel or cling film for 2 hours (after an hour, gently knead the dough). As a result, the dough for future bread will increase by at least 2-2.5 times.
  11. Now sprinkle a little flour on the work surface, transfer the dough onto it and divide it into 2 parts. Undoubtedly, you can bake one large loaf, but I saw this bread in the form of 2 loaves. See how porous the dough is on the cut.
  12. Press the dough with our hands, making a rectangle.
  13. We roll it up with a rather tight roll, pinching the edges and seam. Let's shape the second workpiece in the same way.
  14. We transfer the future bread to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and sprinkled with a small amount of wheat flour. We also sprinkle the blanks with flour a little and make shallow cuts along the entire length.
  15. We leave the blanks warm under a towel for 30-40 minutes so that they grow well. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  16. We bake oat bread in wine for 20 minutes at 220 degrees for a couple. To do this, in the process of heating the oven, we put a wide and deep bowl in hot water on the bottom, which will evaporate when baking bread and create the necessary steam.
  17. We take out the finished bread from the oven and let it cool on the wire rack.
  18. Try the aromatic and delicious homemade oat bread on wine. I think you will like it!
