Omelet with broccoli

Breakfast should be healthy and rich in vitamins. Broccoli omelet is just that!

  1. Beat eggs with milk and spices.
  2. Pour half of the mixture into a preheated pan greased with any fat. Cover and fry for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Place the broccoli on the omelet and pour in the remaining beaten eggs. Fry the omelet for another 5-8 minutes under a closed lid on low heat.
  4. Place the finished dish on a plate and garnish with parsley.
