  1. Boil the broccoli until partially cooked. You can boil not thawed. Disassemble the inflorescence into several parts.

  4. Add whipped proteins to milk and egg yolks.
  5. Add most of the grated cheese and herbs to them.
  6. Pour the mixture into a bowl of broccoli. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Cover the omelet with broccoli and cheese with foil. Put in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes. The baking temperature should be around 160 degrees.
  8. Serve the dish in portions hot.
