Delicate, fluffy oven-baked omelet is a great option for breakfast. The addition of cottage cheese not only gives the omelet an interesting texture, but also makes it even tastier and more nutritious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. An omelet with cottage cheese is prepared quickly enough, so it is best to turn on the oven in advance to warm up to 180 degrees.
  2. Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
  3. Add milk, salt and pepper. Mix with a whisk.
  4. Add cottage cheese.
  5. Add flour. Mix.
  6. Punch the mass with a hand blender at high speed for about 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
  7. Grease a baking dish well with butter. I have a shape of 20x13 cm.
  8. Pour the curd and egg mass into a mold.
  9. Bake the omelet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes, until the egg mass sets.
  10. Cool slightly the finished omelet with cottage cheese, cut into pieces and serve, adding fresh vegetables if desired.
  11. Bon Appetit!
