Omelet with ham and tomatoes

An omelet for breakfast is easy. And this recipe is not just an omelet :)

Ingredients

  1. Drive chicken eggs into a plate.
  2. Add milk (water) to the eggs, beat with a whisk, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Dice the ham.
  4. Wash the tomato, cut into cubes.
  5. Preheat a frying pan, add oil. Pour in 2/3 of the egg mass. Reduce heat to low. After a minute, spread the filling evenly.
  6. As soon as the omelet is lightly browned on one side, lightly pressing, roll it into a tube to the middle.
  7. Then move the rolled omelet to the center of the pan, add the remaining 1/3 of the egg mass and cook until tender. Roll up omelet to roll.
  8. The omelet with ham and tomatoes is ready! Cut into pieces and serve warm, with mayonnaise.
