Omelet with cheese and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  1. I love the omelet with fried onions. Even slightly burnt. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry over low heat, in a mixture of vegetable and butter.
  2. Mix eggs with mascarpone cheese. Salt, pepper, add chopped parsley, beat everything with a whisk until the cheese dissolves.
  3. When the onion is well fried, fill it with the egg mixture and cover with a lid.
  4. While the omelet is being prepared, I diced feta and tomato. Feta poured olive oil and sprinkled with paprika.
  5. Fold the finished omelet in half and serve with cheese and tomatoes.
  6. Bon Appetit!
