A very tasty, satisfying and easy-to-prepare breakfast option with eggs.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the tomato into semicircles.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the tomatoes on it. Fry the tomatoes until soft over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Break eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt and black pepper.
  4. Beat well with a whisk.
  5. Lavash grease with melted cheese.
  6. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  7. Sprinkle the pita bread with chopped ham.
  8. Roll the pita bread into a roll.
  9. Cut into small pieces.
  10. Put the pieces of pita bread on top of the tomatoes.
  11. Cover with egg mixture.
  12. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook over low heat for about 8-10 minutes.
  13. Finely chop the dill greens.
  14. Sprinkle the finished omelet with pita bread, ham, melted cheese and tomato with herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
