Omelet with potatoes, tomatoes and herbs

  1. I rub the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater.
  2. I add salt, pepper and seasoning to the potatoes to taste.
  3. I spread the potatoes, pressing tightly, in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry the potatoes until golden brown, about 7 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes are fried, finely chop the green onions and dill.
  5. I mix greens with raw eggs broken in a container, slightly salting the mixture.
  6. Gently flip the potato pancake (using two bowls). I spread the cherry tomatoes cut into pieces on the potatoes.
  7. After 2-3 minutes, pour the egg mixture into the center of the giant potato pancake. It spreads slowly.
  8. Cover with a lid and bring the omelet with potatoes, tomatoes and herbs over medium heat until cooked.
  9. The eggs cooked well under the influence of the steam released.
