An omelet with sausage, cheese and green onions is a great breakfast option. According to this recipe, an omelet with milk is prepared with flour and soda, due to which it turns out to be fluffy and soft, like an egg biscuit.

  1. Break the eggs and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add salt to the eggs. Stir the eggs vigorously with a fork for a few seconds, until the yolks and whites are combined.
  3. Pour milk into the egg mixture, stir.
  4. Then sift the flour and baking soda and add to the egg and milk mixture. Stir with a whisk as thoroughly as possible, trying to get rid of any lumps.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Rinse green onions, dry and cut into rings.
  7. Add cheese and green onions to the egg mixture.
  8. Toss the scrambled eggs with the cheese and green onions.
  9. Peel the sausage, cut into thin slices, which are then cut into strips.
  10. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Saute the sausage over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  11. Pour the omelet mixture over the toasted sausage.
  12. Cover the pan immediately.
  13. Cook the sausage, cheese and green onion omelet for 3 minutes over medium heat, then remove the lid.
  14. Use a spatula to quickly but gently turn the omelet over to the other side.
  15. Fry the omelet for another 2 minutes over medium heat, but leave the lid off.
  16. Transfer the finished omelet from the pan to a plate.
  17. An omelet with sausage, cheese and green onions is ready.
  18. Serve the omelette immediately after cooking.
