Cut the bread into thin slices.
Heat a frying pan with butter.
Lay out the prepared bread.
Fry thin slices on both sides in a pan with well-heated oil over medium heat until browned (2-3 minutes).
Meanwhile, beat the eggs into a bowl.
Beat the eggs well, gradually adding milk to them until a homogeneous mass is obtained, salt.
Then pour this mixture over toasted slices of bread.
If you fry the omelet on the stove, then, as soon as it begins to thicken, reduce the heat, close the pan with a lid and bring to readiness. If the stove is gas, put the pan (preferably with a thick bottom) on the fire divider. You can also bake slices of bread in an omelet in a well-heated oven.
The omelet with white bread is ready. Serve directly in the skillet. Omelet with bread, if desired, can be sprinkled with grated cheese and herbs.
