For all egg lovers, I offer an original, delicious recipe for omelette pancakes with cheese, tomatoes and herbs. Such a dish turns out to be hearty, juicy and resembles both an omelet and pizza at the same time. Great breakfast or snack - worth a try!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the required foods.
  2. From the indicated amount, I got 7 rather large and satisfying pancakes.
  3. Wash and dry the tomatoes and green onions. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Break the eggs into a bowl, stir with a whisk until smooth.
  5. Add milk and stir.
  6. Pour flour in portions, stirring thoroughly each time.
  7. Add salt and black pepper.
  8. Finely chop the green onion feathers and send to a bowl.
  9. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, add to the dough and stir.
  10. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat well over medium heat. Pour a portion of the dough into the pan with a ladle and flatten. Fry the pancake over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until the egg mixture sets.
  11. Then gently turn the pancake over to the other side.
  12. Sprinkle with about 1/7 of the grated cheese and cook for about 1 minute more.
  13. Then carefully fold the pancake in half, fry for about 30 seconds on each side, transfer to a plate and proceed to fry the next one.
  14. In this way, prepare all the pancakes, stirring the dough well each time so that the chopped tomatoes and greens do not settle to the bottom.
  15. In total, I got 7 pancakes.
  16. Hearty omelette pancakes with tomatoes and cheese are ready.
  17. Bon Appetit!
