If you lead a healthy lifestyle, are a supporter of proper nutrition, or just love delicious and quick-to-prepare food, take a closer look at this recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the food you need. For this recipe, it is better to take a very young cabbage, still green.
  2. Chop the cabbage with a sharp knife into thin long strips, as in the photo. The thinner, the tastier and more tender the meatballs will turn out as a result.
  3. Sprinkle the kale evenly with a tablespoon of potato starch. Stir with your hands and transfer to a plate for now.
  4. Combine minced chicken and feta in a deep bowl.
  5. Add remaining starch, olive oil, finely grated ginger, oregano and salt to taste.
  6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
  7. Wet your hands in cold water and form meatballs from the resulting minced meat, choose the size at your discretion. Dip the meatballs alternately in the chopped cabbage leaves.
  8. Place the boneless meatballs in any suitable microwave-safe container. I have a regular round plate. Wrap the crockery tightly with cling film (choose one suitable for microwave) and microwave the meatballs at full power for about 6-8 minutes.
  9. The original chicken meatballs are ready! Sprinkle with grated ginger before serving to add a spicy touch.
  10. The meatballs according to this recipe are very tender and juicy, I recommend trying! Such a dish will certainly diversify any diet. Bon Appetit!
