The pancakes themselves can be prepared according to any of your favorite recipes.

Chop the onion and fry in butter.
Add chopped mushrooms and fry until tender.
For the Mornay sauce, melt the butter.
Add flour, mix so that a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Add cream, stir.
Add broth.
Add grated cheese, mix, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix onions, mushrooms and Mornay sauce, mix.
Add shredded boiled chicken breast.
Prepare the filling: lightly beat 2 eggs with cream, salt to taste.
Put the filling in a pancake, roll up and cut into several parts (according to the height of your baking dish, we have: into three parts). Put the pancakes into shape.
Pour over the filling, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and lay out the pieces of Feta cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes and serve hot!
