Pie with ham, chicken and onions

Ingredients

  1. Mix flour, yeast and salt.
  2. Add oil and water, knead the dough. Cover and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until the water evaporates.
  4. Separately, fry the chopped onion (cut not very finely).
  5. Add flour to the onion. Stir, fry for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add ham, stir.
  7. Add chicken and cream. Salt to taste (given that the ham is already salty). Simmer all over for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then cool.
  8. Put the dough into a mold, make sides. (I rolled it out on the table, then transferred it to the mold)
  9. Put the filling on the dough.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Bake a pie with ham, chicken and onions in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Bon appetit!
