Very hearty and delicious homemade mushroom pie made from airy dough with fragrant champignon filling. This cake is perfect for everyday family menu. It can be served as a main course for lunch or as an independent dish for dinner.

  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices. Cut large mushrooms in half, and then with plastics, small mushrooms immediately with slices.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into strips or quarter rings.
  3. Fry the mushrooms in a pan with a little oil until the liquid has completely evaporated. Then add the onion and fry until the onion turns golden brown. Add salt and pepper, mix. The filling is ready.
  4. To prepare the dough, separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
  5. Add salt to the yolks and beat with a whisk or blender.
