  1. From flour, 200g butter and 1 egg, knead shortbread dough
  2. Cut the onion in half and sauté in oil
  3. Pour the dough into the prepared pan
  4. Mix eggs, cottage cheese and pepper
  5. Put onion and herbs
  6. Pour the stuffing
  7. Add cheese
  8. Bake at 180° for forty minutes
  9. Bon appetit!
