  1. Heat a frying pan with oil.
  2. Cut the turkey fillet into pieces about 2x2 centimeters in size.
  3. Put in a skillet and fry over high heat until golden brown.
  4. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  5. Cut the carrots into thin strips.
  6. Add onions to the meat.
  7. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Then add the carrots.
  9. Fry for a few more minutes.
  10. Add rice. Salt, add spices, stick in peeled garlic cloves. Fill with water so that it covers the rice by 1 finger. Cook over low heat, covered for 40-45 minutes, until the rice is done.
  11. Mix the finished pilaf with the turkey, put it on a dish and serve hot.
