Juicy pork steaks. Crispy green beans. Garlic oil. We call this dish mouth-watering magic. It's 100% keto, so you don't have to worry about your figure!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator to warm up to room temperature. Mix it with garlic powder, parsley, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking.
  2. Set aside the prepared mass for a while.
  3. Take the steaks and make a few small cuts in the fat near the bone so that the meat is well done. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter in it. Place steaks on top of it and fry on each side for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Place the meat from the skillet in a saucepan or bowl and cover to keep warm.
  6. Put the green beans in the same skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the beans over medium heat for a few minutes, until they are just the right shade and soften, while remaining slightly crispy.
  7. Pour the pork steaks with the fried beans with garlic oil and serve.
