You can cook potato zrazy in the oven in two hours. According to the same recipe, they are perfectly fried in a pan and turn out to be no less tasty. The filling can be any ingredient you like.

  1. First, we need to prepare blanks: boil potatoes (you can cook it in their uniform, or you can cook it peeled), cook chicken legs separately. We let our ingredients cool down, then we proceed to cooking zraz.
  2. Cut the chicken meat and fry it in vegetable or butter with finely chopped onion.
  3. The cooled potatoes should be grated, or it is better to pass it through a meat grinder. You need to add eggs to it, salt and season to taste, then mix everything well. Now we put a part on the surface (with wet hands so that the potatoes do not stick), put a little filling in the middle, seal the edges, forming like a regular cutlet.
  4. We spread the zrazy on a baking sheet (I pre-spread it with parchment paper and grease it with oil), send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
  5. To make the zrazy beautiful and ruddy, I smear them with yolk before sending them to the oven. Serve them hot, of course, along with sour cream.
