A dietary protein omelet can also be prepared in a slow cooker, for example, if you are at the dacha or you do not have free time. The technique will do everything itself, you just have to put the dish on a plate.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. Any eggs can be used: chicken, quail, duck, etc.
  2. Crack the chicken eggs, separating the whites from the yolks. If by accident a little yolk gets into the whites - it's okay, this is not making a biscuit!
  3. Use the yolks to prepare another dish, and add salt to the whites and beat them with a whisk or mixer for about 2-3 minutes. You do not need to whip them into a fluffy foam, just the mass should double.
  4. Activate the multicooker on the "Fry" mode for 10 minutes, and grease the bowl inside with vegetable oil, going over the sides. Pour the protein mass into a bowl.
  5. Close the cover and wait for the beep. Open the lid carefully to avoid scalding from the steam.
  6. Place the protein omelet on a plate and serve with the vegetables, sausage, etc.
