A juicy and tasty protein salad for dinner will not add extra pounds and centimeters to your waist. It can be prepared with both fish and boiled chicken, cottage cheese, hard cheese and sour cream.

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. If Feta cheese is slightly salted, add salt to the salad at the end of cooking. If salty, do not add salt! Boil chicken eggs in advance for about 15 minutes, and then cool in ice water.
  2. Rinse lettuce leaves in water, shake off excess moisture and place on a plate. Wash the tomato in water and cut out the core and cut into slices.
  3. Cut the feta into slices and place between the tomato slices on a lettuce.
  4. Shell the eggs, rinse in water and cut into quarters, place on a plate in any order.
