  4. In a saucepan, pour all of these ingredients with broth. Cook the soup over low heat for 20 minutes.
  5. Pour the prepared soup into a blender. Mash it by adding nutmeg.
  6. Season the puree with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with croutons and herbs. Bon Appetit!
