Quick Chicken with Garam Masala

  2. When the oil is hot, add the garam masala mixture, turmeric and garlic to the pan. Fry for a minute, stirring occasionally, so as not to burn.
  3. Put the chicken in the pan and salt, then mix thoroughly. Fry for about 3 minutes, then add bell peppers. Continue to fry for another 2 minutes. Add the coconut cream and leave the dish on low heat to fry, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
