Rice with broccoli is, as they say, from the "recipe piggy bank" for those who follow the figure, but at the same time do not have the opportunity to cook for themselves separately from the family.

  1. Rinse rice thoroughly 2-3 times.
  2. Boil in salted water until almost ready - let it remain a little hard, because it still has to be stewed with vegetables.
  3. Peel and chop the onion.
  4. Lightly fry the onion in heated vegetable oil.
  5. When it becomes transparent, add chopped or grated carrots.
  6. In just a couple of minutes, send broccoli to the pan, stir and fry for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until the liquid boils down completely.
  7. Add soy sauce and spices. A minute later - rice. Stir and cover.
  8. Cooked rice can be sprinkled with grated cheese and finely chopped herbs. Serve hot as a side dish or main course.
