Delicious and simple salad with Korean-style smoked chicken, mushrooms and carrots, prepared in no more than 15 minutes and with only 4 ingredients. It turns out very tasty and juicy, the guests really like it!

  1. Boil eggs and cool in cold water. Fry the mushrooms in a dry frying pan without adding oil. First, they are stewed in their own juice, then they are fried in it, and salt is added at the end of cooking.
  2. My favorite way to cook champignons for salads. Cut the smoked chicken fillet into small thin strips, also cut the eggs.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix. Decorate as desired before serving.
