  1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Onions - in half rings. Rinse and chop the greens.
  2. Combine these foods in a salad bowl. Add salt and pepper to these.
  3. Add garlic and sumac passed through a press to the salad. Stir the salad.
  4. Season the salad with the juice of one lemon, oil and wine. Add feta pieces at the end. Bon Appetit!
