These canned or boiled salmon cutlets for the keto diet are one way to get healthy fat, including Omega-3s. These patties can be served with sauce and herbs for dinner, used for a fish burger, and added to a vegetable salad.

  1. Combine salmon, chopped onions, almond flour, eggs, salt in a mixing bowl. If using canned salmon, remove excess moisture.
  2. Add avocado, mix and form 6 patties.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet and fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Use a paper towel to remove excess fat from the patties and serve.
