  2. Cooking ordinary dough on a quick dough. We make a small depression in the flour, send warm milk and yeast. Stir, grabbing a little flour. Let it stand for 10 minutes - it will be a quick dough. When the dough comes up, add the egg, oregano, dry garlic, salt and lightly melted butter. Knead the dough. The dough is soft and elastic. Cover with foil, set for about 1 hour in a warm place and let it double in size.
  3. While the dough is coming up, fry the sausages. I have homemade frozen ones. Fry lightly so that all the juices remain inside the sausages. (If you will be using regular sausages, just peel, you do not need to fry.)
  4. Lightly knead the dough, roll it into a rectangle (on parchment). We make cuts, not reaching the edge, with a width of 1.5-2 cm.
  5. We put sausages, intertwining them with strips of dough like a basket.
  6. It turns out a wicker cake. We let our beauty stand under the film for 10-15 minutes. Lubricate with whipped yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. We bake a pie with sausages in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, temperature - 180 degrees.
  8. The aroma is stunning, it smells very tasty and looks beautiful! Airy dough, sausages, toasted sesame seeds - everything is very, very tasty!
