Do you like seaweed? Not? This needs to be fixed! I think a simple seaweed soup recipe will convince you that even seaweed can be a real delicacy!

  1. Prepare the ingredients: wash and dry the vegetables, open the peas and seaweed.
  2. Boil 1.5-2 liters of fish or vegetable broth (can be replaced with water) and put peeled and chopped potatoes into a saucepan.
  3. Chop the onion and sauté in oil.
  4. Add chopped carrots to the onion.
  5. Place vegetables in a saucepan. Add the seaweed. And green peas. Season the soup with chopped boiled eggs. And greenery. Season with salt and pepper, simmer for another 2-3 minutes, covered over low heat.
  6. Pour the soup into bowls, put half a boiled egg in each. Serve with sour cream. Bon Appetit!
