Sesame flour bread recipe is suitable for those, or suffers from food intolerances to nut products, or simply loves the taste of sesame. Many keto bread recipes contain almond flour, but in this variation, the bread is completely nut free.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Separate the egg yolks of the whites, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until a white, stiff foam.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg yolks, sesame flour, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Use a spatula to stir the egg yolk mixture into the whipped whites until a smooth, airy mass is formed.
  5. Pour the dough into a greased bread pan lined with baking paper (also lightly oiled) and flatten.
  6. To avoid cracking the top of the loaf, place a heat-resistant bowl of water next to the bread. This will help prevent the top of the loaf from cracking.
  7. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 45 minutes. Check doneness with a knife or wooden skewer.
  8. If the skewer / knife inserted into the center of the loaf comes out dry, the bread is ready.
