Sesame flour crunchy biscuits can be made with different flavors by using a different herb and spice every time. In this recipe, Zaatar seasoning, salt, garlic powder are added to the dough, so the cookies are spicy and aromatic. You can also use the seasoning you like, or remove the salty spices altogether and replace them with a sweetener.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak chia flaxseed in 1/2 cup water for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine cheese, all dry ingredients, and soaked seeds. Begin to stir until the dough is sticky. In this step, you will need to add 1-2 tablespoons of water to make the dough more elastic.
  3. Brush a large sheet of parchment with oil or drizzle with cooking oil, transfer the dough to the parchment and roll out thinly.
  4. Cut the dough with a cookie cutter or knife. Leave the cookies on the parchment, transfer them to a baking sheet.
  5. Preheat the oven to 125 C and bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Let the liver cool and remove from the parchment.
