Silver carp fish soup is an excellent fish dish, extremely tasty and nutritious. The ear itself is very useful for the body, and if you cook it from silver carp, it will increase its useful properties.

  1. First of all, we clean the fish. Cut off the head, tail and fins of the silver carp. Divide the main carcass into portions. Cut out the gills and remove the mucus under them with a knife. Wash all fish meat, put in a saucepan with cold water and leave for an hour.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces. We do the same with carrots. Then we peel the onion from the husk.
  3. Grind the herbs in a blender. Pour water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Put chopped carrots and potatoes, as well as a whole onion in boiling water. Salt.
  4. 15 minutes later, add fish to the pan to the vegetables. Also add a few peppercorns, a bay leaf, a clove of garlic and chopped herbs. If the fish is well cleaned, the broth will remain clear when it boils. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 15–20 minutes. Silver carp ear is ready! Bon Appetit!
