  1. Wash and chop the cucumbers.
  2. Do the same with tomatoes.
  3. Chop the onion into rings or half rings. Too bitter - pour over with boiling water.
  4. Take the olives out of the jar, crush them with the flat side of a knife and remove the seeds.
  5. Wash greens, dry and chop with a knife. if you decide to use lettuce, just pick it up with your hands.
  6. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
  7. Slice the feta.
  8. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. add salt, pepper and oregano. Drizzle with lemon juice and oil, stir and serve!
