  1. Rinse millet and boil until tender. Prepare your vegetables. Cut the pepper and onion into cubes, the garlic into plates.
  2. Peas and spinach can be taken fresh or frozen.
  3. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, sauté onion and garlic until aroma appears.
  4. Add pepper and spinach. Warm up a little while stirring.
  5. Pour 1 liter of boiling water into a saucepan. Bring soup to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add olives, millet and peas at the end of cooking. Bon Appetit!
