Here's a recipe for a cold Spanish soup known as gazpacho. In the summer heat, as for me, there is nothing better than a plate of refreshing cold gazpacho. Try it - you'll love it!

  1. We make cross-shaped cuts on the tomatoes, then lower them in boiling water for thirty seconds.
  2. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, peel and cut into slices. You can choose seeds.
  3. Peel the cucumbers and cut into slices.
  4. Rinse and cut the bell pepper into slices.
  5. Grind all this in a blender (including garlic and onions).
  6. Now add pepper and salt, olive oil, wine vinegar. Mix everything well. We put the soup in the refrigerator for three or four hours. Add tomato juice if desired.
