Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a two-liter ovenproof dish with vegetable oil.
Combine eggs, milk, flour, paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper in a large bowl. Beat everything with a whisk or fork. Add chili and bell pepper, cheddar and half cilantro to this mixture, stir and pour this mixture into the prepared mold.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake the egg casserole in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Remove the dish from the oven and let the egg casserole cool down at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
